Tangy Mustard Pork

  • 1 lb Pork Loin cut in cubes
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp green onion chopped

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white vinegar


  • Add garlic powder, Montreal steak spice, oil, and green onion to pork and marinate for 2 hours
  • In a sauce pan, over medium heat, stir together all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil
  • Add pork pieces to sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes until desired doneness
  • Serve over rice with vegetables
