Ingredients 4-5 lbs cottage roll 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp dry mustard 1 tbsp orange juice 1 tsp grated orange rind Servings: Instructions Cover cottage roll in its poly film wrapper with water. Pick several times. Simmer 1 ¼ hours. Remove wrapper. Place cottage roll on rack in shallow pan; cover with glaze. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with glaze.
